Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Miss Me denim, which is why we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of your original purchase date. All items must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
